"The link wasn't working earlier today, but it did tonight. How strange!  It's a really sweet place but unfortunately, over my budget. It's going to be a wonderful new home for your next renter :)"

"Ginny, I see For Rent signs on Madison around 27th. I think the duplex on the SW corner of 27/Madison may have a vacancy too. Good luck! Edward Goehring"

Ginny Ducale needs a home in the Friendly Sreet neighborhood

I am a resident of Eugene since 1997 but traveled to Colorado this January,  I needed to give up my apartment, and now that I am back, I would like to find a home in the Friendly Street neighborhood.  If anyone knows of a place for me, please let me know. I am a Master Gardener, Master Composter, Master Pruner, Illustrator, photographer, and cook.  I like animals though I don't have any of my own. Would love to have a one bedroom with a garden space outside, or share in a large house. Right now…See More

300 Square feet of Victory Garden F-U-N... :-)

Another in a long string of sunny weekends, and lots of work in the garden. What may've been Charlotte's 650th+ and final "victory gardens for all" effort last fall is beginning to bear 'fruit'! 18 heads of garlic, some already with whistles, a few weeks from picking while shooing the slugs away; kale, blood red beets, chard, choy, lettuce, onions, and parsley all nearing harvest, with new strawberry plants in a week ago. Broccoli, collards, cucurbits, and umbels to come! Life couldn't be…
